Third-Party Music, Video & Content Policy

Healing Jukebox and GAME ON! provide original facilitator tools, activities, organization, curation, and access to selected third-party resources. Some music, videos, recordings, and other media accessible through the platform are hosted and provided by third-party services, including YouTube.

GAME ON! pre-selects and stores links to third-party videos as part of its curated collections, and facilitators can also add their own links. In both cases, only the link and any cue information are stored on the platform — the music and video files themselves are never hosted, copied, or distributed by GAME ON!.

GAME ON! and MyMemoryWorx do not claim ownership of third-party music, videos, recordings, compositions, or other copyrighted content. Third-party content is not sold, downloaded, redistributed, sublicensed, or provided as part of a music or video license by GAME ON! or MyMemoryWorx.

When third-party content is accessed through YouTube, the content remains hosted by YouTube and is subject to YouTube’s Terms of Service and the rights of the applicable content owners. Availability of third-party content may change at any time. Videos may be modified, restricted, removed, become unavailable, or contain advertising or other content controlled by the third-party provider.

Fees paid for access to GAME ON! are for GAME ON!’s tools, organization, curation, original activities, games, facilitator resources, and platform functionality—not for the purchase, rental, licensing, or sale of third-party music or video content.

Organizations and individual users are responsible for determining whether their intended use of music, videos, or other third-party content requires additional permissions, licenses, public-performance rights, or other authorization. GAME ON! and MyMemoryWorx do not represent that access to content through a third-party platform grants such rights for every setting or use.

By using Healing Jukebox or other areas of GAME ON! that incorporate or link to third-party content, users acknowledge that third-party content is governed by the applicable provider’s terms and by applicable copyright and licensing requirements.
