Community Access

Is Community Access for you?

Community Access is for community-based programs serving older adults, people living with dementia or Parkinson's, and care partners with little or no dedicated budget for programming resources.

This may include memory cafés, respite programs, support groups, senior and community centers, faith-based programs, volunteer-led groups and other grassroots aging programs.

Nonprofit status is not required.

Community Access is not intended for senior living communities, healthcare organizations, corporate providers, or other organizations with an established budget for activity, engagement or programming resources.
